Design Systems Governance
There’s an inherent conflict of interest between creating a system and governing it. It’s integral to have a non-biased party managing the progression of a DS after launch, as it inevitably grows and evolves. I address enhancements and deviations, prioritizing them against business and product goals. Following new features E2E, through the entire PDLC from ideation to deployment.

Design Operations
Organizing across product, design, and engineering teams requires developing a shared language and clearly stating objectives. I balance stakeholder interest with key contributors, involving the right people at the right stage of a project, and help cross-functional teams find the right tools and incentive structure to work efficiently without friction.

Visual Design
In 8+ as a Visual Designer, I’ve created elegant and adaptable interfaces for top asset managers, Fortune 50 companies, and start-ups. I distill complex information and clearly define tasks and hierarchy, all key in creating best-in-class SaaS products, particularly relevant in the crowded FinTech space.
